Inspiration for the collection comes from Christina Rossetti’s poem ‘Goblin Market’, reimagining its themes of temptation, danger, and sisterhood through a contemporary lens. It explores a visual yin and yang, where light and shadow, allure and restraint, intertwine to mirror the poem’s moral dualities. Just as Rossetti’s goblins offer fruit that is both irresistible and perilous, the designs capture that same tension between beauty and risk, inviting the wearer to reflect on desire, choice, and transformation.
